At our site in Gryfi­no, we pro­duce mold­ed parts made of rub­ber, plas­tics and sil­i­cone, rub­ber-met­al com­pounds and seals. Based on sketch­es, draw­ings and sam­ples, we man­u­fac­ture solu­tions rang­ing from indi­vid­ual parts to com­plete assemblies.

To ensure that we meet your cus­tomer-spe­cif­ic require­ments, we work togeth­er to devel­op solu­tions to prob­lems, pre­pare care­ful pro­duc­tion plan­ning and sub­ject the entire man­u­fac­tur­ing process to strict con­trols. This serves to ensure our high qual­i­ty standards.

We are proud to be part of the glob­al­ly oper­at­ing JÄGER Group. With more than 1200 employ­ees at around 20 loca­tions, we oper­ate in the fields of mechan­i­cal and plant engi­neer­ing, envi­ron­men­tal and agri­cul­tur­al tech­nol­o­gy, and petro­le­um explo­ration. Despite the large group of com­pa­nies, we always act local­ly with a focus on our employ­ees and the region.

Jäger and our fam­i­ly philosophy

His­tor­i­cal growth

Since 1994 Jäger has been present in Poland as a client. In 2015, after tak­ing over our sup­pli­er, we launched the pro­duc­tion of rub­ber, rub­ber and met­al fit­tings under the Jäger Pol­s­ka brand. Our dynam­ic growth made it nec­es­sary to build a new head­quar­ters, which is locat­ed in Gryfi­no, West Pomeran­ian. 2018 was anoth­er break­through for the com­pa­ny as we start­ed pro­duc­ing plas­tic ele­ments using injec­tion mold­ing technology.The strate­gic deci­sions of the own­ers and the dai­ly work on build­ing the brand as a pro­duc­er have result­ed in a sales dou­bling over the last 3 years. 

Coop­er­a­tion with the region 

We are rec­og­nized in the region not only as a trust­ed employ­er but also com­mit­ted to improv­ing liv­ing and work­ing con­di­tions out­side our com­pa­ny.

We enable stu­dents from the Sec­ondary School Com­plex in Gryfi­no to pre­pare for the pro­fes­sion, work place­ments in our com­pa­ny and exams for the posi­tion of “Machine Ser­vice Operator”.

We work close­ly with the Gry­fińs­ki kinder­garten named Kras­nala Hałabały. Many of our employ­ees’ chil­dren have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to devel­op their tal­ents and interests.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the loss of Arnold Jäger, the son of the founder of the JÄGER Group. He passed away on April 10, 2024 at the age of 92 after a short illness.
